Supporter groups
Fetes, pub quizzes, dances, barn dances, sponsored walks, bob a job, club nights, live music, cake sales, open gardens, coffee mornings... There are a variety of ways of raising money through supporter groups, it’s fun and also a great way to meet people.
We are really keen for people to set up their own supporter groups. We work with communities in Ethiopia and would like to work with communities in the UK.
It is up to you how your supporter group operates, how many people are involved and what it does. We will not ring you up or harass you but we will be there if you need advice.
It is up to you how much money you raise – we won’t impose any minimum level. Money goes a long way in Ethiopia.
We are happy to send you information and come and speak about the work we do and explain how the money is used.
